You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on TipTopBet. This is a strict minimum age threshold applicable to all users regardless of jurisdiction. TipTopBet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the User is found to be under 21 years of age. All winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active TipTopBet account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. This restriction applies per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
Accounts must be registered in the User's own true name and used solely for personal recreational purposes. Operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is prohibited.
Self-Exclusion: If you have previously requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period on TipTopBet or any affiliated platform, you are not eligible to open a new account until the exclusion period has formally expired. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion measures may result in permanent account closure.
The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal. It is the User's responsibility to verify whether accessing TipTopBet is lawful in their country or territory. TipTopBet makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a contact number. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. TipTopBet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. TipTopBet shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain appropriate security.
The Platform's primary supported currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus values are all denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion may apply for cryptocurrency deposits, at rates determined at time of transaction processing.
TipTopBet accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and other participating banks), as well as USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin for cryptocurrency deposits. All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. TipTopBet reserves the right to request verification of any deposit source and to hold or return funds where ownership cannot be confirmed.
TipTopBet is not responsible for failed transactions caused by issues with third-party payment processors, bank systems, or e-wallet providers. In the event of a disputed transaction, the User should first contact TipTopBet's support team with the relevant transaction reference before escalating to their payment provider.
To be eligible to withdraw funds, a User must: (a) have a fully verified account with approved KYC documentation; (b) have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus; (c) not be subject to any account restriction or investigation; and (d) request withdrawal to a payment method registered in the User's own name.
TipTopBet targets the following processing timeframes, which are estimates and not contractual guarantees:

Withdrawal Method Matching: TipTopBet reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed via the same method as the most recent deposit, where anti-money laundering compliance requires it. This is standard practice across licensed gaming operators globally.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by TipTopBet are subject to specific individual terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that offer.
Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered at the stated rollover multiplier before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise. Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — full contribution tables are available on the Platform.
While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is stated in the relevant promotion's terms (typically MYR 25–MYR 50 per wager). Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may void any associated winnings.
All bonuses carry an expiry period from the time of credit, typically 7, 14, or 30 days as stated in the relevant promotion. Any bonus balance remaining at expiry will be removed from the account without notice. Wagering requirement obligations do not lapse simply because the bonus has been removed — any winnings derived from wagering while the bonus was active remain subject to verification.
TipTopBet reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where it has reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedging bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures.
TipTopBet reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where the Platform suspects an error in odds display, where market integrity is questioned, or where the wager exceeds account-level staking limits. Acceptance of a wager via the Platform's system does not constitute a final commitment until confirmed in writing on the bet slip.
Where odds or markets are displayed in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error, TipTopBet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's account, regardless of whether bets have already been settled. TipTopBet's decision in such circumstances is final.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delays between real-world events and market updates. TipTopBet is not liable for bets placed on the basis of publicly available information that was already reflected in the live event but not yet in the Platform's odds at time of bet placement.
TipTopBet offers betting markets across Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, NBA, UFC, e-sports, and other markets as displayed on the Platform. Market availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on TipTopBet and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where appropriate:
TipTopBet is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, at any point during an account's active use. A User wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting TipTopBet support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining balance, net of applicable bonus forfeiture, will be returned to the User's registered payment method.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, TipTopBet reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as a remedy for the breach, subject to the nature and severity of the violation. The User will be notified of any such decision and the reasons for it.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TipTopBet holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through TipTopBet's internal disputes process by contacting [email protected] with full details of the dispute.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 28 days, it may be escalated to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by TipTopBet's licensing authority. The decision of such ADR body shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
TipTopBet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or via a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the effective date of such changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
